To create a tomato based pizza sauce, you will need a can or about 6 ounces of tomato paste, 6 ounces of warm water, 3 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, about 3 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of honey, about ¾ teaspoon of onion powder, ¼ teaspoon of dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon of marjoram, ¼ teaspoon of basil, another ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of dried red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt to taste.
Start making your pizza sauce by combining the tomato paste, water, garlic, honey, parmesan cheese and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and add in the oregano, marjoram, basil, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Season the mixture with some salt and some ground black pepper.
Stir the mixture and make sure that there are no clumps. Once the sauce has been mixed, spread it over the pizza crust and add your choice of toppings.
